What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at JBA International?
We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience to work with the Personal Injury, Mass Torts, and Consumer Class Action practice group.
The attorney will focus on research and writing but will also be expected to assist our team with all phases of litigation including drafting of pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Experience drafting and responding to discovery and pre-trial motions, including discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and demurrers/motions to dismiss in California and Federal Courts is required.
This is a full-time position. Hybrid work may be available depending on the candidate’s ability to adapt to the workload of the firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, is expected to work independently and as part of a team and will have a passion for helping clients find justice and compensation for their injuries.

- $140k -$200k base salary annual performance-based bonus
