Pay $100K - $125K
The position involves significant discovery and law and motion practice, drafting pleadings and motions, and defending depositions. Qualified candidates are proactive, have a strong attention to detail, have an ability to meet and confer by letter and phone with defense counsel, are able to work under pressure, and have a desire to learn. You will work under the direction of our wage and hour class action partner, but will be expected to manage and run your own cases under her supervision.
