The Atlanta office is seeking an associate to join the Banking & Finance team. Preferred candidates should have 2-6 years’ experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities. In addition, candidates should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities and willingness to work in a fast paced environment. Must Have J.D. Transcript and writing sample.
