- Experience in advice and counsel is ideal
- CA bar
- 4 years of solid employment experience
- The position is offered as fully remote, hybrid or in-person
- Ability to make court trials, depositions is a must
- Open to plaintiff and defense side employment
- Excellent legal research, writing and verbal communication
- PAGA experience and/or employment advice and counsel experience is a plus
