Position Responsibilities
- Case management of personal injury matters such as auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
- Act as liaison between client and doctors
- Open claims, send representation letters, and set clients up with medical treatment
- Experience with Casepeer or other legal software.
- Spanish speaker is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must be proficient in Outlook and Adobe.
- Prior PC experience required including knowledge of word processing software (Word and Excel preferred).
