What You’ll Lead:
- Drive projects from pre‑con through closeout with full ownership
- Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies
- Work directly with GCs, owners, engineers, and field leadership
- Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality inspections that keep projects tight and clean
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
- Mentor field supervisors and keep the team aligned, motivated, and moving
What You Bring:
- 3 years managing electrical scopes on ground‑up commercial or industrial builds
- Strong command of electrical systems, sequencing, and code
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- A leadership style that builds trust, drives accountability, and elevates the team
- The ability to communicate clearly with clients, field teams, and executives

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
