The Role
This isn't a machine-tending job. You'll be part of a team that treats technician insight as a core input, working with advanced equipment to optimize processes, solve problems in real time, and move the needle on production quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do
· Drive improvement from the floor: Set up and run injection molding machines while spotting opportunities to boost performance.
· Let data guide decisions: Monitor and troubleshoot processes using real-time data, making adjustments that cut scrap and tighten cycle times.
· Partner on quality: Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and roll out process improvements that keep standards high.
· Own equipment performance: Maintain machines, diagnose issues, and fine-tune settings so every part meets spec.
· Document and share what works: Log settings and adjustments, and pass along insights that help the whole team improve.
What You Bring
· 5 years of experience in injection molding or a related manufacturing setting
· A strong safety mindset
· Sharp troubleshooting and technical instincts
· 3-axis robotic programming experience
· Familiarity with engineered resins
· Working knowledge of Decoupled Molding
· A track record of reducing scrap and improving cycle times
· A problem-solver's mentality — collaborative, curious, and improvement-driven
· RJG, Paulson Training, or comparable certification (a strong plus)
