Responsibilities:
- Welcome new residents and orient families to the community.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.
- Maintain communication logs and facilitate team meetings.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support meal preparation, service, and food safety compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness of apartments, common areas, and staff areas.
- Administer medications under RN delegation.
- Monitor safety, submit work orders, and respond to emergencies.
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and mandatory in-services.
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or dementia care.
- Completion of state-mandated assisted living management course.
- Serve Safe Food Manager Certification within 15 days of hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and assist residents.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
