Duties
- Supervise daily house operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and house rules.
- Provide crisis intervention and conflict management to address resident concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct intake assessments for new residents, including documentation, medication administration, and behavioral health evaluations.
- Oversee medication management and ensure proper medication administration procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate data collection, filing, and record-keeping related to resident progress, incident reports, and case management documentation.
- Facilitate communication between residents, staff, healthcare providers, and external agencies to support recovery efforts.
- Implement behavioral health strategies and behavior management plans to promote positive community interactions.
- Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety of residents and the facility.
- Assist with home & community care activities, including social work support and resource linkage.
- Lead staff training on crisis response, first aid, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance, and other relevant policies.
Experience
Candidates should possess supervising experience within behavioral health, social work, or addiction counseling environments. Prior experience in crisis intervention, conflict management, or childcare is highly valued. Familiarity with security protocols, medication administration, data entry, filing systems, and case management is essential for success in this role. Experience working with individuals in recovery or with behavioral health needs—especially within sober living or community care settings—is preferred.
