What You’ll Do
- Design and implement a monthly calendar of activities that meet physical, cognitive, social, spiritual, and emotional needs of residents.
- Lead and participate in group activities, outings, and community events.
- Build strong relationships with residents and families to understand their interests and preferences.
- Outreach to schools, universities, and other key institutions to recruit entertain volunteers and for outings
- Supervise and mentor activity assistants, volunteers, and community partners.
- Ensure all programs meet state regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Foster an inclusive, fun, and positive atmosphere where residents feel valued and engaged.
- Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt programs to meet diverse resident needs.
- High energy, compassionate, and resident-focused mindset.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A valid driver’s license (for outings and resident transportation).
