Duties
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and collections with accuracy and compassion
- Manage payroll and employee records with strict confidentiality
- HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment & hiring, onboarding and orientation
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies
- Support residents and families with billing inquiries and paperwork
- Partner with the Executive Director and department heads to streamline operations
- 2 years of experience in business office management, healthcare, or senior living preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting, payroll, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with healthcare software a plus
