Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of site operations, including staffing, training, and performance management
- Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally
- Monitoring equipment, inventory, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Enforcing safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workplace
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
- Assisting in marketing efforts to drive Unlimited Wash Club membership sales and increase customer retention
- Conducting regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with company standards
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budget management
- Collaborating with upper management to implement company policies and achieve business objectives
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements
