Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Jax Kar Wash, located in Southfield, MI. The Salesperson will be responsible for interacting with customers to promote services and memberships, providing excellent customer service, and effectively addressing customer inquiries. The role involves presenting product options, recommending services tailored to customer needs, and maintaining a friendly and professional attitude to enhance customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining knowledge of company services, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Proven sales skills, including upselling and recognizing customer needs to recommend appropriate services
• Customer service experience with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic technical understanding of car care services is preferred but not required
• Active listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and a passion for delivering quality service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in sales or retail is a plus
