As an Entry Level - Recruiter at Jax Kar Wash, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow our team by supporting hiring, onboarding, and staffing efforts across multiple locations. You'll work closely with managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience, while helping us attract top talent to support our operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting process for hourly and entry-level management positions across locations
- Coordinate job postings, review applications, and assist with interview scheduling
- Work closely with site managers to identify staffing needs
- Maintain applicant records and assist with data entry in our HR systems
- Participate in job fairs and community hiring events when applicable
- Help monitor hiring metrics and report on progress
- Assist with other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in HR, business, or related field is a plus.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or team development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and travel between locations.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to be on your feet, walk between areas, and travel to different sites.
- Comfortable working in a mix of office and outdoor environments.
- May need to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must comply with all safety procedures and uniform standards.
