Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Check inventory and report low-stock items
- Follow store policies and procedures
- Work well with team members and assist customers as needed

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling opportunities, and product demos to boost sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked neatly on shelves
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting low inventory levels
- Follow phone etiquette protocols when answering customer calls or inquiries
- Support team members with cashiering duties, including basic math calculations for transactions and returns
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience in grocery store operations or similar retail environments is beneficial
