Duties
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and closing documents with precision.
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, escrow officers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Schedule and confirm appointments such as inspections, appraisals, and signing appointments while maintaining detailed calendars.
- Track transaction progress using office management software and update relevant parties regularly on status changes.
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems for transaction records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with data entry tasks including entering transaction details into multiple platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries promptly via multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.

- Strong proficiency in office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
