As a licensed Real Estate Agent Assistant, you will work directly under a high-volume real estate agent to support the daily operations of their real estate business. Your role will involve handling a variety of tasks that enhance the agent’s ability to serve clients, manage transactions, and close deals. You will be responsible for administrative duties, client communications, marketing support, and assisting in the buying, selling, and leasing process to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
o Assist with client inquiries, provide property information, and schedule showings.
o Maintain and nurture client relationships through follow-up communication and support.
o Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and ensuring timely signatures.
Administrative Support:
o Manage and organize listings and maintaining accurate records.
o Coordinate appointment scheduling, property showings, and open houses.
o Draft and manage marketing materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
o Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and text messages for the agent.
Transaction Coordination:
o Assist with preparing and reviewing documents related to offers, counteroffers, and contracts.
o Track important deadlines and ensure compliance with contract terms.
o Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to ensure smooth closing processes.
Marketing & Social Media Support:
o Develop and implement marketing strategies for listings and social media promotions.
o Assist in managing the agent’s online presence, including updating listings and promoting new properties on various platforms.
Market Research:
o Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, property values, and competitive listings.
o Assist the agent in preparing comparative market analysis (CMA) reports.
Operational Support:
o Help maintain client databases, contact lists, and other business management tools.
o Perform general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License in South Carolina
- A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, client-focused attitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of (or willingness to learn) real estate contracts, MLS systems, and real estate terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- General understanding of real estate software, CRM tools, and office productivity software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge or willingness to learn local real estate markets and trends.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and real estate marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Experience or willingness to learn transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, DocuSign, etc.).
Schedule:
In-office hours are Monday – Friday with variable evening and weekend work to accommodate client needs.
