Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and recommend insurance products and services
- Assist with quotes, applications, renewals, and policy changes
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
- Provide prompt, professional customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Contribute to agency growth through initiative and strong communication
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded and customer-focused
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing before starting
- Interest in life insurance sales strongly preferred
Compensation
$45,000-$65,000 per year including base pay, commission, and bonuses.
