RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer inbound calls and engage customers to identify insurance needs & sales opportunities. Assist customers with policy changes and updates and educate customers on additional products that may better fit their needs. Proactively follow up on quotes, service requests, and leads to help convert prospects into customers.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and customer skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous sales experience preferred.Competitive Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 - includes salary commissions & bonuses
