This role combines fieldwork and client interaction with office-based planning and reporting. It's a 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 where your influence and expertise will help drive customer retention, service quality, and regional growth.

▸ 4 years of management experience in the commercial cleaning industry

▸ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

▸ Flexibility to work one Saturday per month, at least one evening per month, and additional nights or weekends as business needs require

▸ Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area

You'll spend time in the office working with regional leadership, but much of your role will be out across the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬–𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 area meeting with clients and supporting franchise owners. This is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐤-𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 — expect a mix of planning, fieldwork, and face-to-face engagement. Occasionally, you may assist with light materials for client visits or regional events.
