Job Skills / Requirements
Janco Janitorial is looking for a dependable and adaptable Support Cleaning Tech to support cleaning operations by covering open shifts, performing detailed deep cleans, and assisting with extra project work across various client sites. This is a key role that ensures service continuity and high standards across our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill in for janitorial staff absences and open shifts across multiple buildings.
- Perform deep cleaning and detailing tasks as needed, including floor care, high dusting, restroom sanitizing, and specialty cleaning.
- Assist with extra work orders such as post-construction cleanups, emergency cleaning requests, and event resets.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client-specific requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors about completed work, issues, or supply needs.
- Ensure all equipment is used properly and safely.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver high-quality service at all times.

Work Schedule:
Janco offers flexible shift options based on building needs and client schedules:
1st Shift (Day Shift): Typically between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift (Evening Shift): Typically between 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift (Overnight Shift): Typically between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Most janitorial positions are on 2nd or 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday.
