Job Skills / Requirements
Janco Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations during evening and overnight shifts. This position ensures cleaning teams are following proper procedures, meeting quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols across multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nightly cleaning crews across assigned buildings
- Conduct inspections to ensure all tasks meet Janco’s quality standards
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shift
- Provide on-the-spot training and guidance to janitorial staff
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed
- Communicate nightly updates and concerns to the Operations team
- Record timekeeping correction memos if any
- Check eHub app for each team member ensuring they are using their clock in and out and doing it correctly
Additional Information / Benefits
To ensure the health and wellbeing of our clients: Daily maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms and other work areas by emptying trash cans and collecting recyclables, dusting, sweeping and moping.
- Janitorial work schedules are 2nd shift and are typically from 6pm to 11pm, Sunday through Thursday
- Average hours are between 15 to 32 each week dependent on determined building requirements
