Client Support/Administrative Specialist
Schenectady-based software consulting firm, James McGuinness & Associates, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Administrative Specialist. Successful candidates must:

Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills including problem resolution.
- Time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to meet client needs and resolve service issues.
- Ability to work comfortably both independently and as part of a team.
- Have the technical aptitude to learn and use new systems.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills are required.
Duties:
- Client Support for customers using health services software for Preschool children
- Respond to emails from therapists and agencies that utilize the McGuinness Software.
- Troubleshoot software errors and compose technical responses to clients.
- Respond to client issues via phone and/or email.
- Conduct trainings/webinars on newly released development items.
- Work with upper-level management regarding software and client concerns.
- Will oversee accuracy/verification of client health-related documentation.
- Scanning and uploading documentation to software.
- Tracking document requests to government municipalities.
- Data entry
Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Special Education and/or Medicaid-in-Education regulations a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of Current Procedures Terminology (CPT) Codes and International Statistical Classification of Diseases (ICD) Codes would be a plus but not required.
- Associate Degree (or commensurate job experience) preferred
Salary/Benefits:
· Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
· Full benefit package.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
