Customer Service Representative – Dental & Supplemental Benefits
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will assist members with questions regarding:
- Dental and supplemental benefit claims
- Eligibility and coverage details
- Employer-sponsored benefits including health, tuition assistance, and child/elder care programs
This position requires strong phone skills, attention to detail, and the ability to professionally manage a high call volume while delivering top-tier customer support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service experience (required)
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Comfortable handling heavy phone volume
- Experience with medical claims, supplemental benefits, or insurance (highly preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
