Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, order management, or a related role
- Experience handling quotes, orders, bids, or customer requests
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Manufacturing, construction, or industrial industry experience is a plus
- Experience supporting dealer or distributor networks is a plus
