Location:
This is a Hybrid role based out of our South Bend office in accordance with the JMV Flex schedule; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office / Monday and Friday remote.

$5,550.30 - $9,075.00
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Responsibilities:
- Drive annual budget process in partnership with key stakeholders to develop an accurate, executable target while communicating key assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop monthly forecasts by monitoring changes in business trends / prior assumptions and analyze financial / KPI variances versus budget and prior periods.
- Provide clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level.
- Understanding of components driving margin (volume, price, and cost).
- Perform complex financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making by the business leaders and the finance management team.
- Prepare executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support month end reporting and provide clear and actionable insights related to P&L results (sales, margin, and opex) and working capital.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align financial outcomes with operational plans and help identify opportunities to manage expenses appropriately with sales.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, customer profitability, pricing, and strategic initiatives to support a rapidly changing business environment.
- Support any adhoc data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- At least 7 years in the finance field with FP&A experience preferable.
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).
- Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.
- Effective and professional communicator that is comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.
- Ability to work in a team environment of hard-working colleagues.
- Effectively self-manage schedule and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.
