What You'll Do- Build, execute, and own a strategic sales plan that grows revenue and expands market share
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of sales professionals
- Drive accountability, coaching, and consistent high performance
- Cultivate long-standing client partnerships through a consultative approach
- Spot market trends, competitor shifts, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Analyze sales data, forecasts, and pipeline trends to guide decision-making
- Represent James Imaging at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in office technology or a related B2B industry
- Track record of driving the full sales cycle-from planning to close
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience coaching, developing, and motivating successful sales teams
- High business acumen and understanding of technology solutions
- CRM proficiency strong MS Office Suite skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
