Wholesale Coordinator - Cedar Park, TX.

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports Wholesale operations by coordinating administrative processes, product and assortment documentation, marketing assets, reporting, and operational workflows across wholesale partners. Ensures accurate execution of item setup, order processing, merchandising support, and reporting while maintaining organized data and documentation to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Wholesale team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Wholesale team including supply requests, purchase order processing, and account documentation management.
• Process wholesale purchase orders including manual entry for accounts.
• Maintain return to vendor (RTV) documentation and support RTV processing for wholesale partners.
• Coordinate marketing and merchandising materials including price cards, signage, display materials, and promotional assets for wholesale accounts and field teams.
• Maintain and file wholesale sales reports including weekly selling reports and account performance data.
• Maintain master assortment files, assortment expansion trackers, and other operational documentation used by the Wholesale team.
• Manage item setup documentation and assortment files across wholesale partner accounts.
• Coordinate product imagery and copy submissions required for wholesale partner websites and product listings.
• Support merchandising execution by maintaining assortment documentation and visual standards across wholesale accounts.
• Oversee wholesale marketing assets including fixtures, props, displays, and promotional materials.
• Manage the Cedar Park sample vault inventory ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability of product samples.
• Maintain organized records and files related to wholesale operations, reporting, and account documentation.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between wholesale partners, field teams, and internal departments.
• Support operational coordination for new wholesale account launches including item setup, reporting setup, and marketing material preparation.
• Assist with special projects and operational initiatives that support the growth and efficiency of the wholesale channel.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience in administrative support coordination or similar work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to travel to various work locations as business need requires.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or related field.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, administrative coordination or sales support.
• Experience supporting wholesale or retail accounts.
• Experience with order processing or product setup.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising or assortment management.
• Experience working with multiple partner systems or portals.
