• Private practice model - be your own boss!
• Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years
• 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant
• Good combination of general GI with wide open opportunities for advanced cases if interested (not required)- good blend of clinic and hospital
• Shared call
