- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes including product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue management.
- Work with stakeholders to design scalable solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and Subscription Management).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Conduct process discovery workshops and document current state and future state business processes.
- Support configuration of product catalog, price books, bundles, pricing rules, discounting logic, and product constraints.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions follow best practices and scalable architecture.
- Participate in UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of implemented features.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
- Support data migration, integration requirements, and reporting needs across CRM and ERP systems.
- Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support to business users.
