Job Description:
· Analyse and document business requirements for Order Management processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
· Configure and support Salesforce Order Management, Sales Cloud, and related integrations.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
· Coordinate with developers and QA teams for testing, deployment, and production support activities.
· Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, ERP, payment, and fulfillment systems.
· Drive UAT sessions, user training, and process improvement initiatives for order lifecycle management.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.
Salary : $55 - $60
