Role: Scrum Master with Government projects experience

Duration of the Contract: 12 Months
Location: Columbia, SC - Onsite
We need a SCRUM master to facilitate the application of Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile principles.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
• 3 Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
• 3 Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
• 3 Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies.
• 3 Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming
• 3 Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools
• 3 Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall)
• Bachelor''s Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable
Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certification in Agile methodologies, like Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Government Experience
• ERP Experience
Additional Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Required Education/Certifications: Bachelor''s degree
Preferred Education/Certifications:
Certification in agile methodologies such as certified scrum
