What you'll be doing
- Lead QC lab and operations staff across a three-shift manufacturing operation
- Make release decisions for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Oversee environmental monitoring, critical utilities, and bioburden testing
- Implement and improve quality systems, SOPs, and specifications
- Identify lab operation risks and drive resolution of quality issues

- Background in medical device QC, with hands-on experience in microbiology or chemistry lab environments
- Established knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements applied in a manufacturing setting
