What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a core member of cross-functional teams improving manufacturing processes
- Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance Engineering team, including performance management and hiring
- Analyze quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations
- Review validation and risk management activities supporting regulatory submissions and product launches
- Lead investigations, nonconformance workflows, and change management initiatives
- Guide technical problem solving and prepare materials supporting quality programs
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Expertise with validation and risk management supporting regulatory submissions
- Experience leading nonconformance investigations and change management workflows
- Knowledge of statistical techniques used in quality engineering
- Certifications such as ASQ CQE/CQA/CBA, Lead Auditor, or AATB/CTBS are valued
