Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Boutique Administrative Assistant at Jacob & Co., located in Manhattan, NY. The Administrative Assistant will support the boutique's daily operations through tasks such as managing schedules, handling clerical tasks, maintaining phone communications, and providing executive-level assistance. This role requires a high degree of organization, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to ensure the seamless operation of the boutique.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, document organization, handling office tasks, invoicing and superior client service.
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to engage professionally with clients and team members
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance responsibilities
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
- Previous experience in luxury retail or related industries is required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
