Main tasks:
- Perform clerical, marketing, and administrative functions in order to drive company success
- Draft correspondence
- Customer relationship and liaison
- Answer inbound calls, respond to texts on office phone
- Order processing and filling
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Maintain office & showroom
- Inventory control
- Basic daily accounting tasks (in-house software – training provided)
- Taking customer payments
- Assisting Marketing Director with tasks as assigned
