Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Current clinical documentation skills and experience with physical therapy evaluations, plan of care development, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

- Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
