Director of Growth - Full Time Equity. (Hybrid, West LA)
A fast-growing consumer technology company is building the next generation of digital product.
With millions of units sold and significant user adoption, the business has established a clear gap in the market. This is a major scaling phase in which they are hiring a Director of Growth to build and scale from the ground up.
This is a hands-on leadership owning the full growth funnel end-to-end.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead initiatives across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and channel expansion.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end consumer growth across acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention
- Paid acquisition across g Meta, Google, TikTok.
- Shopify, Amazon, and social commerce storefronts
- Lifecycle marketing programs across email/SMS,
- CRO and A/B Testing
- Subscription initiatives
- Affiliate, referral, influencer, and partnership programs as scalable acquisition channels
- Budget allocation, CAC efficiency, ROAS optimization, and channel-level P&L ownership
Experience Required
- Proven experience building and scaling growth systems in high-growth D2C brands.
- Strong operator mindset
- Deep expertise across paid media ecosystems and e-commerce platforms
- Strong CRO background with hands-on experience building testing programs
- Experience developing lifecycle marketing systems from scratch
- Experience owning budgets and making disciplined investment decisions
Preferred Experience
- Experience with subscription/recurring revenue models
