Director of Growth - Full Time (Equity Bonus)

This is a rapidly expanding user-generated platform that has grown to tens of millions of users shortly after launch and is backed by leading venture firms and major technology investors. The founding team includes researchers and engineers with backgrounds in top-tier tech companies.

In this role you would be building the infrastructure for a new era of interactive entertainment.

About the Role

You will own the strategy and execution across both creator acquisition and player growth. This includes paid media, SEO, PR, and organic social. This is a hands-on role with full ownership from day one.

You will not manage a team immediately, but you will be expected to build and scale one over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale systems that bring new creators onto the platform
• Run acquisition campaigns across paid social, SEO, and organic channels
• Own the creator journey from discovery through first published game
• Drive user acquisition and engagement across multiple channels
• Own paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic platforms
• Identify funnel drop-offs and design experiments to improve conversion and retention
• Build and implement automation workflows to streamline marketing execution
• Oversee paid acquisition: strategy, creative direction, buying, and optimisation
• Build and scale organic social channels to grow both creators and players
• Own SEO strategy

Experience Required

• Understand how to grow creator ecosystems or two-sided platforms
• Experience in early-stage environments and successfully scaling

Preferred Experience

• Experience at a high-growth consumer platform (gaming, social, creator economy, etc.)
• Background in UGC
• Experience building growth functions from scratch
• Familiarity with marketplace or network effects growth models
