What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure in good standing or eligibility for Oregon licensure.
- ASHA CCCs required or in progress.
- Educator's license or eligibility for an Oregon teaching license preferred.
- Experience providing services to preschool-aged children (3–5 year olds).
- Demonstrated experience with school-based assessments, IEP development, and progress reporting.
- Experience working in public school settings or early childhood special education preferred.
- Facility Type: School.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Assignment Length: 190-day contract covering the school year (August 21, 2026–June 9, 2027).
- Student Age Group: 3–5 year olds.
- Service Area: Candidates should be able to serve multiple districts within Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties; travel between school sites may be required.
- Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting for preschool-aged students.
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education program (IEP) goals.
- Develop and implement IEPs, deliver goal-aligned therapy, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams.
- Maintain compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines.
