Jackson Therapy Partners is currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a permanent position at a state-of-the-art facility where expert therapy professionals assess, diagnose, treat, and help prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients.

Emporia is centrally located in Kansas with easy access to larger metro areas. The city is about 60 miles southwest of Kansas City and approximately 80 miles northeast of Wichita, offering regional transit access along I-35 and U.S. Route 50. Emporia provides access to the Flint Hills region, including nearby Konza Prairie and Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve within roughly a one-hour to 90-minute drive for outdoor recreation and hiking. Qualifications
- 1 year of experience under the supervision of a senior SLP.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
- Experience managing caseloads of approximately 45–55 students preferred.
- Experience providing services across multiple schools or sites preferred.
- Proven ability to create organized schedules and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with educators and families.
- Experience with telepractice or virtual interviews is acceptable; interviews will be conducted virtually.
- Valid state SLP license for Kansas required.
- Current CPR or other district-required certifications if applicable (preferred).
