Summary
Health Services Support Technician provides materials management support. Work includes the responsibility of supporting the Materials Management department with supply/equipment distribution and equipment cleaning.
Responsibilities
Assures that assigned vehicle(s) are clean and adequately supplied with fuel; reports need for maintenance to supervisor. Assists Materials Management with supply and equipment distribution throughout the hospital and to off-site locations as needed. Assists with; equipment cleaning, the restocking of supplies in automated supply cabinets, and restocking specialty carts, including but not limited to adult code carts. Assists with organizing and maintaining appropriate supply PAR levels in the storeroom. May be responsible for transporting sensitive medical supplies, equipment, or medications that require careful handling, timely delivery, and adherence to specific risk protocols (as applicable). Demonstrates behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise). Performs all other related job duties as assigned.

Education
High School diploma is required.
