Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage end-to-end reporting and performance tracking within Dashboard CRM.
- Oversee outreach execution, follow-ups, and pipeline management across the sales team.
- Partner with the Account Director, Program Teams, and sales leads to align on priorities.
- Monitor pipeline health, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, lead quality, and conversion trends to identify insights and risks.
- Manage KPI frameworks covering conversion rates, lead quality, sales performance, and ROI-related metrics.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales efficiency.
- Lead the redesign of existing reporting systems and dashboards to enhance usability and decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and CRM developers to improve workflows, field mapping, and data accuracy.
- Maintain consistent reporting cadence for sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Serve as the key liaison between Account Directors, Marketing, IT, CRM, Operations, and Product teams.
- Ensure alignment on campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline progress, and customer experience.
- Communicate insights effectively to drive cross-functional accountability.
- Lead a team of concierge and sales professionals, fostering alignment and performance excellence.
- Develop talk tracks, sales materials, training resources, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and continuous skill development for the sales team.
- Manage and optimize Dashboard CRM functionality, usage, and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure full team adoption and consistency across reporting practices.
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years in a sales leadership role within automotive; luxury experience preferred.
- Proven CRM proficiency (Dashboard CRM and/or Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and CRM teams.
- Leadership experience managing sales team members.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong project management skills.
