In This Role, You Will
- Lead the production and logistics for all assigned projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines and communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Identify potential challenges early, propose solutions, and maintain consistent progress toward project goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent Jackson Dawson at client meetings and provide strategic support for business development.
- Ideate, advise on and guide the development of large-scale client projects.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, account managers, designers, and developers to deliver best-in-class event experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, establishing procurement standards and best practices that optimize cost savings and results.
- Prepare and deliver project plans and logistics presentations to internal teams and clients.
- Create detailed event planning estimates covering project scope, schedules, and resources to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage vendor contracts, secure cost efficiencies, and reduce risk exposure across all event operations.
- Develop and execute master event plans and timelines; assign tasks, oversee progress, and evaluate performance metrics post-event.
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand standards, product details, marketing campaigns, and compliance requirements to ensure full brand alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager, ideally in event or program management.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events under tight deadlines.
- Track record of consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management experience.
- Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule to meet project demands.
