Overview
The Program Headquarters Junior Project Manager is responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating call center program staff. This role supports a concierge-style customer experience and dealer offsite training initiatives. The Junior Project Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring quality, compliance, effective program execution, and accurate reporting.
Work environment: On-site, Monday through Friday, at our Dearborn, MI office.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program planning, development, and implementation.
- Manage program timelines and appropriately staff the call center to meet call volume needs.
- Schedule and coordinate program personnel.
- Monitor adherence to program guidelines and processes to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional, luxury-level client experience.
- Communicate program updates, changes, and general information to the team.
- Train staff on the program’s project database and processes.
- Track and analyze call volume metrics.
- Serve as a communication link among the account project manager, producers, and Program Headquarters Director.
- Address issues promptly and communicate resolutions to both management and staff.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related role.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in collaborative problem solving.
- Friendly, positive, and adaptable demeanor.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities.

Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
