As a Floor Manager, you won’t just oversee daily operations—you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, inspire, and develop a team of luxury curators while setting the standard for exceptional hospitality. You'll collaborate closely with the Guest Experience Manager, lead by example on the floor, and ensure every visitor leaves with a lasting impression of modern luxury and personalized attention.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of curators to deliver elevated, human-centered guest experiences.
- Oversee operations across both Genesis House and Genesis Studio, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail.
- Drive performance excellence by managing KPI achievement, mystery shops, and daily/weekly reporting.
- Support team growth through ongoing coaching, quarterly training, and regular performance reviews.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and operational administrative tasks with precision.
- Partner with vendors on maintenance and upkeep to ensure centers remain flawless.
- Be a visible leader on the floor, setting standards in guest service, hospitality, and brand storytelling.
- Represent Genesis externally by cultivating local partnerships and participating in cultural programming and community engagement.
- Uphold brand standards of security, visual presentation, and overall guest experience integrity.
What You Bring
- 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end guest experience.
- A natural mentor with strong emotional intelligence and passion for inspiring people.
- Track record of building lasting relationships with both clients and teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while adapting gracefully to guest needs.
- Strong operational management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays in a hospitality-driven schedule.
