ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Deep clean, shampoo carpets and rotate mattresses.
- Vacuum hallways.
- Maintain vending areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel lobby, pool area and public restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of exercise room and arcade.
- Stock linen closets with linens and supplies.
- Remove trash at the end of the day.
- Assist Guest Room and Laundry Attendants as needed.
- Provide guests with requested information and services (i.e. casino information and directions).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 months experience as a Guest Room Attendant.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Good customer service skills.
- Able to follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Able to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a courteous and professional manner.
- High standard of cleanliness.
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Mobility throughout the facility.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to bend, twist and kneel continuously.
Salary : $17 - $34
