What are the responsibilities and job description for the Circle Bar Shift Leader position at JACKPOT JUNCTION CASINO HOTEL?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Promote a high level of hospitality to maintain profitability of operations.
- Open or close shift as deemed by the Beverage Manager.
- Monitor staffing levels during shift.
- Ensure proper training of Circle Bar staff during shift.
- Maintain product quality to the expectations of the Beverage Manager.
- Assist with monthly inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Receive all goods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform regular Circle Bar duties.
- Lead by example.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry required.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong training skills.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of POS system.
- Bar equipment knowledge.
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
