What are the responsibilities and job description for the Circle Bar Beverage Server position at JACKPOT JUNCTION CASINO HOTEL?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Remove empty beverage containers from gaming areas.
- Follow all procedures pertaining to responsible liquor service (e.g. check IDs, refuse service to intoxicated patrons, monitor guest consumption of alcohol, intervene as needed, etc.).
- Stock supplies at all stations.
- Keep all stations clean and neat.
- Maintain all paperwork, audit sheets, closeouts, opening reports and other tallies as required.
- Handle money according to procedures.
- Promote casino events and programs in a positive manner.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous liquor service experience preferred.
- Alcohol certification required.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of liquor service.
- Able to relate and develop a rapport with guests.
- Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
