Key Responsibilities
- Drive Excellence in Architectural Design & Leadership.
- Engage innovative projects that shape our communities while leading high-performing teams to new heights.
- Independently supervise Project teams through all phases of project execution, including contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the design and technical aspects of projects while overseeing internal budgets, drafting fee proposals, conducting earned-value analysis, managing invoicing, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful budget execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Mentor dynamic project teams where innovation thrives. Your leadership will foster collaboration across disciplines, turning ambitious designs into reality while developing tomorrow's industry leaders.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Architecture, and minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the building industry.
- Licensure in Architecture (NCARB), and/or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals.
- Experience with Revit, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective project management and seamless collaboration.
